Because road racing was prohibited in the Netherlands, the Dutch championship was held Belgium, organised by Van Wynendaele's Belgian magazine "Sportwereld" under the rules of the "Nederlandsche Wieler-Bond" and patronage of the "Ligue Vélocipède Belge".
