Biography
Matteo Jorgenson ( JOR-ghin-sən; born July 1, 1999) is an American professional cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike. Moving from Movistar Team to Visma–Lease a Bike in 2024, he won Paris–Nice and Dwars door Vlaanderen that year.
Jorgenson was born in Walnut Creek, California, grew up in Boise, Idaho and credits BYRDS (Boise Young Rider Development Squad) for his start in cycling.
